Sarah graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2017. Her primary areas of practice are civil litigation, general advisory work and estate matters.
She has attended to and assisted in High Court cases involving employment disputes between a company and its former employee for payment of damages, acted for a company against its former directors for breach of fiduciary duties, and advised on contractual disputes between companies.
Sarah’s practice also involves undertaking trademark applications, various types of Estate applications (probate, resealing etc) and advisory work thereon, wills and other general advisory work on a variety of matters (including tenancy disputes, monetary and contractual claims, etc).
